Coach Mark Baxter

Coach Baxter co-founded RESULTS in 2011 to use his teaching skills and extensive coaching background to help develop and enhance the skills of Maine's basketball players. Coach Baxter has over 25 years of coaching experience. He holds degrees and certifications in Physical Education, Health, General Education, and Wellness.

Coach Baxter started his coaching career traveling the nation and coaching at many of the country’s largest and most prestigious camps. During that time, and since then, he has coached at the middle school, varsity, and collegiate levels.

Coach Baxter has been heavily involved with collegiate athletics. He has served primarily as a lead assistant, scout, and skills enhancement coach. Mark has worked as an advanced scout/consultant for several mid-major NCAA DI collegiate basketball programs across the country. His duties include breaking down opposing teams' offensive/defensive schemes and developing in-depth scouting reports to help teams prepare for their upcoming opponents.

Coach Baxter currently provides skills and player development training to over 100 student-athletes weekly. His home facility is the recently opened Forge Training Center in Ellsworth, Maine. With this new construction, the state-of-the-art facility gives athletes and families alike a place to train, play, compete, and forge friendships.
